Hand Reflexology Workshop

These workshops are for anyone who would like to know more about Reflexology and who would like to be able to help themselves to feel more relaxed and less stressed. You will learn some simple hand reflexology techniques to improve your sense of well being.

Cost – £30               Workshop lasts 2 hours

Why not organise a workshop ‘party’ at home – the ‘host’ pays nothing (Min 4 people – Max 6 people)

Energy Intention & Reflexology – 10am to 4.30pm

This Workshop is for qualified, practising Reflexologists who are looking to add to their skills.

The aim of the workshop is to look at the body’s energy system and how we can use reflexology to interact with it; and to look at working with reflexology, with the intention of engaging with the client’s energy in order to bring about homeostasis. The workshop is very practical and hands on with a brief overview of Traditional Chinese Medicine, Indian Chakras and current evidence regarding the energy system and intention.

Cost – £80                Each workshop entitles the attendee to 6 CPD points with the AoR.
