Gift vouchers are non-refundable and are valid for 6 months from the date of purchase. Vouchers are delivered via post so please provide your address or the address of the receiver if you wish it to be sent to them directly with a short message. Please state whether the voucher is to be used for a first appointment as additional time will be needed.

Reflexologists do not diagnose illnesses or claim to cure conditions or prescribe medication. They seek to encourage the body to get back into balance and leave you feeling deeply relaxed.
Cancellations should be made at least 48hrs before the appointment time if possible. Any cancellations made with less than 48hrs notice may be subject to a charge of 50% of the total fee. Cancellations should be made via phone wherever possible.
Foot Notes Reflexology acts in accordance with The General Data Protection Regulation 2016/679, implemented in the UK on 25th May 2018, to ensure that any personal information entered on this website is not passed on to third parties.

Comments
When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.
An anonymized string created from your email address (also called a hash) may be provided to the Gravatar service to see if you are using it. Media
If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website.

How long we retain your data
If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.
